Triathlon Clinic in Kuching
"Tri-Ed" 1.0 is a TWO (2) days Triathlon Clinic held and aimed at outlining as well as serving as a guide to triathletes of all levels and ability by providing valuable knowledge on the different aspects and approach which are essential when training for a triathlon. The clinic also seeks to promote the multi-sport event and encourage all to reap the benefits of taking part in the wonderful sport of Triathlon.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned veteran, Coach Lumley offers tips and pointers for all who seek to excel in the sport of Triathlon and to perform at their highest level.
Tentatively, the agenda of the Tri-Ed 1.0 will be as follow:
1) Swim analysis (efficiency of swim, specific drills and also correction:
2) Cycling set up and positioning, Pedalling skills and drills, and Theory.
3) Developing economical style in running.
4) Transition set up and practices,

Registration: Rev Revolution Run Borneo at Jalan Padungan.
Fees:
Early bird entries: RM 100 (23 December 2013 to 7th January 2014)
Late bird entries:RM 120; 8th January 2014 onwards.
Kindly note that this event is organized on a non-profit basis as we are a group of people who are very keen to promote Triathlon in our beloved city!
All participants will get ONE "Brooks" Dri-Fit event T-shirt.
Limited to max. of 50 pax ONLY. Hurry up!
*Important notice: All Participants shall provide their respective Swimming, Cycling & Running gears. (no helmets, no Ride)
