Is 160km far enough for you?
Awhile back I posted on this most amazing of distance run in Malaysia. Who would like to test their limits as to how far they can run in 30 hours? 100 miles is as long as it gets for an ultramarathon in Malaysia. That's 160km! To be eligible to run that distance the runner must have at least completed a race of 100km. If not there is the 100km run. That too requires the runner to have completed a 50km race. The runs that require no entry requirement are the 78km and 50km races. Incidentally the cut off time for all the above distances is 30 hours! This is a straight out and back all road course. The race starts at 7am on 22nd November 2014 and ends at 1pm on 23rd November 2014. The venue is Taman Seri Empangan, Putrajaya. There is no prize money for this event. Early Bird registration is from now till 30th June 2014. Please note that event t-shirt and finisher items are not included in the entry fee. These must be purchased separately. This event is organised by Team Pacat Malaysia. To visit the official website and to register click here.
