The Brave Shall Run!
Do you have the courage to take part in the Lion Dash races in Singapore on 8th June 2014? You can either choose the Sprint or Beast categories. If you sign up for the Sprint you will have to do a 5km rugged trail run while completing over 10 obstacle courses. It gets even better with the Beast, that's where you have to do as many 5km laps in four hours as you can, while negotiating through 10 obstacle courses along the way.
